How to register
To register for IELTS, simply follow these five steps:

3. Check Dates and availability.

Complete the application form and enclose the following:

- Two passport size colour photos (not older than 6 months). New IELTS policy as of 1/01/2010 - Candidates must not wear glasses in the photographs they submit for IELTS registration.
- A signed copy of the Cancellation and Refunds policy
- A clear photocopy of your valid Passport .
- Proof of payment (bank transfer receipt / stamped online banking transfer receipt/ bank statement)
- Please transfer the test fee of 110 LVL or 162EUR
(150 LVL or 220 EUR if you pay after the registration deadline, please check if there are free places before you pay the late entry fee) to the following account:

5. Please note that we do not accept applications by E-Mail or Fax, you should send the completed documents in person or by post to the Baltic Council for International Education in Riga.
The closing date for applications is always five weeks before the test date that you are applying for. Both the complete application and payment, we must have received by then.

Please note that incomplete applications cannot be processed and will be returned to the sender.
! If you want to change the exam date please fill in this form and return to the Baltic Council for International Education together with the proof of payment of 30 LVL.
