Exam Cancellation and Refund

IELTS test cancellation

For cancellations up to five weeks before the test date, the test fee will be refunded, less an administrative fee of 50 EUR.

 

Change of IELTS test date

Only one change of test date is possible,  and if you want to transfer your test date then the transfer fee 50 EUR applies. Please complete the "Request for the Test Date Transfer Form" and return it to us along with the payment confirmation.

 

Illness

In case of illness, a full refund of the test fee will be given, less an administrative fee of 50 EUR or a single transfer to a new test date. To be entitled to either option, candidates must provide the medical certificate within 3 days from the test date.
