POLAND
Every participant must register prior to the event and fill out the epidemiological declaration. The participants registering online fill out the declaration along with the registration form. Without the form being filled out, the participant will not be allowed to the event.

The persons who have not registered online will have the possibility to register and fill out the epidemiological declaration on site, at the entrance to the event venue. However, we strongly recommend to register online in order to save time at the entrance and for sanitary reasons.

We kindly inform that both COVID-19-vaccinated and non-vaccinated persons will be allowed to the event venue. In accordance with the current rules and recommendations, non-vaccinated persons are included in the applicable 1 person per 10 sqm rule. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of the person limit being exceeded.

Every person present at the event venue is required to comply with the applicable sanitary rules and recommendations of the Polish Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, in particular:
a)    to cover their mouth and nose with a mask
b)    to keep a safe distance (1,5 m) from other participants
c)    to follow the Organiser’s guidelines
 

ESTONIA AND LITHUANIA
Fair visitors (adults 18+) must present a valid EU Covid-19 vaccination or recovery сertificate OR a negative PCR / Antigen test and ID document (passport or ID card). These requirements do not apply to children under 18 years of age. Masks in Lithuania are mandatory, in Estonia - recommended.

LATVIA
Сonference room Omega-1 - “green format” ONLY for visitors (children from 12 years old and adults) with a valid EU Covid-19 vaccination or recovery сertificate and an ID document (passport or ID card). These requirements do not apply to children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult. Masks are not mandatory.

Conference room Omega-2 - "yellow format" for visitors (children from 12 years old and adults) with a valid EU Covid-19 vaccination or recovery сertificate OR a negative PCR / Antigen test and an identity document (passport or ID card). These requirements do not apply to children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult. Masks are mandatory.
