BC operates in 4 countries through local regional companies – Baltic Council Latvia, Baltic Council Estonia, Baltic Council Lithuania and Baltic Council Poland.

Baltic Council in Latvia is an authorized UK exam centre for all British exams including IELTS, Cambridge English, ACCA, Aptis, UKiset and others.
BC owns the brand name of the most popular public study abroad fair in the region - “Days of International Education”, taking place in Lithuania, Latvia. Estonia and Poland twice a year and being attended by more than 12 000 unique visitors.
